Located in the eastern gallery within the secured area of Terminal 1, BCIA, the store covers an area of 55.6 square meters. Theming the red color, which implies a Chinese style, and incorporating various traditional and fashionable design elements, the overall decoration of the store is eye-catching, bringing a different kind of shopping experience to passengers. Based on active communications with Beijing Capital Airport Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. (“ACT”), the store increases a number of brand-new specialties, such as waffles with dried meat floss, millet cookies, crispy corns, BBQ broad beans, white kidney beans and crisp water chestnuts, while still offering its routine products, including preserved fruits, tuckahoe pancakes, glutinous rice rolls with sweet bean flour, steamed rice cakes with sweet stuffing and sugar coated haws on a stick, presenting more choices to passengers.
