Business license (registered before January 1, 2019 with a registered capital of more than 2 million yuan), organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (if the three certificates are in one, business license is only required), relevant industry license and qualification certificate.

- 2. The identity certificate of the legal representative, the power of attorney signed and sealed by the legal representative, the certificate of trademark registration or the certificate of trademark authorization, the certificate of brand authorization (Agency), the brand supporting documents and the copy of the patent registration certificate (The photocopy of the license must be stamped with the official seal); those who hold the exclusive right to operate the brand or the exclusive right to operate the region shall provide the corresponding brand supporting documents, legal protection documents or authorization documents (if not directly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided).
