The sales time of the investment documents is from April 3, 2023 (Monday)to April 14, 2023 (Friday), from 9:00 am to 11:30 am; From 14:00 to 16:30 pm(excluding holidays and overdue sales), please consult the investment hotlinebefore purchasing and provide a copy of the qualification certificate stampedwith the official seal according to the designated method of the investmentinviter.

 

 

1.Enterprisebusiness (production) qualification certificate: businesslicense, relevantindustry license (for business license with specialregulatory requirements ofthe state, such as publication business license,food business license, drugbusiness license, tobacco monopoly retail license,etc.), qualificationcertificate (if any), enterprise information query reportissued by the nationalenterprise credit information publicity system andcredit information reportissued by China.

2. Proofof rights and interests: trademark registration certificateand brandauthorization certificate of the brand. If the non brand partydirectlyauthorizes, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brandpartymust be provided; If the above materials are in foreign languages,Chinesetranslations shall also be provided.

3. The store opening experience proof materials provided bytherespondent in each bid section shall be the contract signed by thebiddingbrand (or the letter of acceptance) or the store photo with detailedaddress ofthe bidding brand.
