The investment promotion information of some retail stores in Hohhot Baita Airport Terminal in Inner Mongolia is released to the public. The total area of investment promotion is 104.04 square meters, with a total of three stores (divided into three bid sections). The project is located in terminal T2 of Baita Airport, involving specialty products, specialty products (convenience goods allowed), food (except dried meat and dairy products). Note: Inner Mongolia Xinta Trading Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Menglan Trading Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Mengliang Industrial Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Mengliang minmao (Group) Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Huangshanghuang Group Food Co., Ltd. are not allowed to participate in the investment promotion.
The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion document of the retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:
1. Business license (registration time is not later than August 31, 2017, and registered capital is more than 500000 yuan), relevant industry license (business license with special regulatory requirements of the state, such as publication business license, food business license, drug business license, tobacco monopoly retail license, etc.), and qualification certificate. |
2. Proof of rights and interests: the identity certificate of the legal representative, the power of attorney signed and sealed by the legal representative, the trademark registration certificate of the brand, the certificate of brand authorization or the letter of brand support; for those who hold the exclusive right of brand operation or regional operation, the corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents shall be provided together (if not directly authorized by the brand party, multi level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided; if the above materials are in foreign languages, Chinese translation shall also be provided). |
3. For each category, the store opening experience of response brands in urban areas or airports in China shall be provided, and the total number of stores is more than 2 (inclusive). |
