Merchants who wish to purchase the investment documentsfor this retail store must provide the following copies of qualificationcertificates stamped with official seals:
1、 Qualification certificate forenterprise operation (production): Business license, relevant industry license(for business licenses with special national regulatory requirements, such aspublication business license, food business license, drug business license,etc.), qualification certificate. The registration time for each bid section'sbusiness license shall not be later than May 31, 2021 (inclusive). Theregistered capital requirement for each bid section's business license is atleast RMB 1 million (inclusive).
2、 Proof of Equity:
Thetrademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate or brandsupport letter of the brand, if directly authorized by the non brand party,must provide multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party,forming a complete closed-loop of the brand authorization chain; If the abovematerials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also beprovided.
Thosewho hold exclusive brand or regional franchise rights should also providecorresponding legal protection or authorization documents.
Ifyou apply for an international brand, in addition to the legal trademarkregistration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao andTaiwan), you must also provide the trademark registration certificate of aninternational brand legally registered outside Chinese Mainland (excluding HongKong, Macao and Taiwan). If an international brand is a trademark registeredamong member countries of the Madrid League (Madrid trademark), you do not needto provide the trademark registration certificate of Chinese Mainland(excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
3、 The respondentsubmitted proof of store opening experience for each bid section:
3.1.The proof materials of the number of stores provided by the respondent for eachbid section must be contracts that clearly indicate the bidding brand and arevalid for 60 natural days after the deadline for submitting the responsedocuments (contracts include leasing contracts, supply and sales contracts,distribution contracts, and other business contracts)
3.2.Each bid section should have at least one (including) total number of stores inurban areas or airports across the country.
3.3.If the respondent fails to submit according to the general principles of thesubmission instructions and the requirements of each classification of thesubmission instructions, the respondent's submission shall be deemed invalid.
Thereare no illegal records, trademark infringement, false advertising and unfaircompetition in business activities within three years as of May 31, 2023(inclusive); The bank has a good reputation and no record of non-performingloans; There is a good record of paying taxes and social security funds inaccordance with the law, and there is no negative record of violating nationalregulations and damaging the rights and interests of employees.
Note:Within three years as of May 31, 2023 (inclusive), if a merchant has signed acontract with Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd. Harbin Branch, theirinvestment must also meet the following requirements: ① The business behaviorduring the signing period meets the management and evaluation requirements ofthe merchant; ② No negative impact on the reputation of Harbin Airport due tothe business behavior; ③ No serious violation of the lease contract.
