Relevant qualification materials that must be brought when purchasing investment attraction documents

1. Business license (registered before August 1, 2023, with registered capital of RMB 1 million or more), relevant industry licenses, and qualification certificates.

2. Materials such as the identity certificate of the legal representative, the power of attorney signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal, the trademark registration certificate or trademark authorization certificate, the brand authorization (agency) certificate, the brand support document, and the photocopy of the patent registration certificate (the photocopy of the license must be stamped with the official seal); if holding exclusive brand rights or regional exclusive rights, corresponding brand support documents, legal protection documents, or authorization documents (if not directly authorized by the brand side, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand side must be provided) should be provided together.

As of July 31, 2025 (inclusive), there are no records of illegal activities, trademark infringements, false advertising, or unfair competition in the business operations within the past three years; the bank maintains a good reputation and has no records of non-performing loans; it has a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, and has no adverse records of violating national regulations or harming the rights and interests of employees
Note: For merchants with a signing record with Beijing Capital Airport Commercial and Trade Co., Ltd. Jilin Branch within three years up to and including July 31, 2025, the following requirements must be met for submission: ① Business operations during the signing period must comply with all management and evaluation requirements of the leasing party; ② There must be no negative impact on the reputation of Longjia Airport due to business operations; ③ There must be no serious violations of the Lease Contract.
