The sales period for investment documents is from October 10, 2025 (Friday) to October 15, 2025 (Wednesday), from 9:00 am to 11:30 am; From 14:00 to 16:30 in the afternoon (excluding holidays, no sales after the deadline), please consult the investment hotline before purchasing and provide scanned copies of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal according to the designated method of the investment person.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license, not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) (provide credit reports queried from the website no earlier than the month of the investment announcement).
2. Proof of Equity: The trademark registration certificate and brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand. If not directly authorized by the brand, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand must be provided; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
3. The proof of store experience provided by the respondent for the bidding section must be based on the key pages of the contract signed by the operating store of the bidding brand (which must reflect the bidding brand, contract period, and signing page) or a photo of the store with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand (which must be an operating store).
