The sales period of the investment documents is from November 29, 2023 to December 5, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m; From 13:00 to 15:30 in the afternoon (excluding holidays and not sold on time), please consult the investment hotline before purchasing and provide a copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal as specified by the investment representative.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license (registered no later than October 31, 2021), registered capital of more than 1 million RMB (included), relevant industry licenses (for business licenses with special regulatory requirements from the state, such as publishing business licenses, food business licenses, drug business licenses, tobacco monopoly retail licenses, etc.), and qualification certificates. (Due to the special nature of the industry, the relevant industry licenses for the lottery operation project in Section 2 are not provided temporarily. Before operating the storefront, it is necessary to obtain the relevant lottery sales license and other qualifications, as well as a registered investor. Only with the consent of the investor can it operate.)
2. Proof of rights and interests: ID certificate of the legal representative or authorization letter signed and stamped with the official seal by the legal representative; The trademark registration certificate and brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand; For those who hold exclusive brand or regional operating rights, corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents should be provided together (if not directly authorized by the brand, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand must be provided; if the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided). (Lottery in Section 2 belongs to a national special industry, and merchants do not need to provide a trademark registration certificate. They only need to provide an authorization certificate from the lottery sales management unit.)
3. Requirements for store opening experience: Respond to the requirement that the brand has opened at least one store at the national city level or at each airport;
4. Proof of store opening experience: A contract signed by the bidding brand (or a winning bid notice) or a photo of the store with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand.
