The retail resourcesof books, magazines, audio and video products in the terminal building ofBeijing Capital International Airport are now open to the public forinvestment. This time, there are 5 retail stores and 1 bid section, with atotal area of about 203.44 square meters.
We sincerely inviteinterestedmerchants to purchase theinvestment promotion documents andactivelyparticipate in the investmentpromotion of this project. The price ofeachinvestment promotion document is RMB1000.
The sales time of theinvestment promotiondocuments is from Feb 22, 2023 to Feb 28, 2023, from 9:00a.m. to 11:30 a.m. andfrom 14:00 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. (except holidays and notfor sale after thedeadline). Please consult the investment promotion telephonebefore purchasing,and provide the following copies of qualificationcertificate with officialsealaccording to the way designated by the investmentpromotion persons.
1.Enterpriseoperation (production) qualification certificate: business license,relevantindustry license, and qualification certificate.
2.Proof of rights and interests: The trademark registrationcertificate, brandauthorization certificate, or brand support letter of thebrand. If notdirectly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorizationdocumentstraceable to the brand party must be provided; If the above materialsare in aforeign language, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
3.The proof of store opening experience provided by therespondent for each bidsection must be a contract signed by the bidding brand(or a letter ofacceptance) or a photo of the bidding brand's store (withdetailed addressattached).
The specific requirements for the registrationtime, registered capital,and opening experience of each category of businesslicense are as follows:
