The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion documents of the retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:
1. Business license (registration time is not later than January 1, 2018 and registered capital is more than 500000 yuan (inclusive)), relevant industry license (business license with special national regulatory requirements, such as publication business license, food business license, drug business license, tobacco monopoly retail license, etc.), and qualification certificate. |
2. Proof of rights and interests: the identity certificate of the legal representative, the power of attorney signed and sealed by the legal representative, the trademark registration certificate of the brand, the certificate of brand authorization or the letter of brand support; for those who hold the exclusive right of brand operation or regional operation, the corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents shall be provided together (if not directly authorized by the brand party, multi level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided); if the above materials are in foreign languages, Chinese translation shall also be provided). |
3. For food (non-local) category, store opening experience of response brands and responders in urban areas or airports in China shall be provided. For other categories, store opening experience of response brands in urban areas or airports in China shall be provided. The total number of stores is more than 2 (inclusive). |
