1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license (registered no later than August 31, 2021<included>) with a registered capital of 1 million yuan or more (included>), relevant industry licenses (for business licenses with special regulatory requirements of the state, such as publishing business licenses, food business licenses, drug business licenses, tobacco monopoly retail licenses, etc.), and qualification certificates.
2. Proof of equity: Proof of identity of the legal representative or power of attorney signed and stamped by the legal representative; The trademark registration certificate and brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand; Holders of brand exclusive or regional exclusive rights should also provide corresponding legal protection or authorization documents (if not directly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party must be provided; if the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided).
3. Requirements for store opening experience: Respond to the total number of brands opening stores in urban areas or airports across the country, including 1 or more;
4. Proof of store opening experience: A contract signed by the bidding brand (also known as a bid winning notice) or a store photo with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand.
