　　The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion documents of the retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:

　　1. Business (production) qualification certificate: business license, relevant industry license (business license with special national regulatory requirements, such as publication business license, food business license, drug business license, etc.), and qualification certificate.

　　2. Proof of interest:

　　Trademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand. If it is not directly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided. If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation shall also be provided.

　　Those who hold the exclusive right or the regional operation of brand shall provide corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents.

　　For an international brand, in addition to providing a legal trademark registration certificate in Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), a trademark registration certificate for international brands legally registered outside of Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must be also provided. If the international brand is a trademark registered among the member countries of Madrid League (Madrid trademarks), there is no need to provide a trademark registration certificate in Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

　　3. Supporting materials of store opening experience provided by the respondent for each bid section:

　　The contract (or the letter of acceptance) signed by the bidding brand or the photo of the store with detailed address attached by the bidding brand.

　　4. Other requirements:

　　Up to December 31, 2020 (inclusive), there is no illegal record, no trademark infringement, no false advertising and no unfair competition in business activities in the three years. There are good bank reputation and no bad loan record. There are good records of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law. There is no bad record of violating state regulations and damaging the rights and interests of employees.

　　Store opening experience requirements:

　　Bid section 1: (vending machine) The total number of equipment placed in urban areas or airports in China by the responding brand is more than 5 (inclusive). For the other bid sections, the total number of the brand that has opened stores in urban areas or airports in China is more than 1 (inclusive).

　　Remarks: Up to December 31, 2020 (inclusive), and including, if the merchants have signed a contract with Harbin branch of Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd. In the three years, the investment report shall meet the following requirements at the same time: (1) During the contract signing period, the operation behavior shall meet the management evaluation requirements of the franchiser. (2) There is no negative impact on the reputation of Harbin airport due to the operation behavior. (3) There is no serious violation of the lease contract.
