1、 Enterprise operation (production) qualification certificate: Business license, relevant industry license (for business licenses with special regulatory requirements by the state, such as publication operation license, food operation license, drug operation license, etc.), qualification certificate, and the registration time of each section's business license shall not be later than August 31, 2022 (inclusive). The required paid in registered capital for the business license is at least RMB 1 million (inclusive).

Note: As of August 31, 2024 (inclusive) within three years, merchants who have signed contracts with Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd. Harbin Branch must meet the following requirements for their investment: ① their business behavior during the signing period meets the various management evaluation requirements of the investor; ② they have not had a negative impact on the reputation of Harbin Airport due to their business behavior; ③ they have not engaged in serious violations of the lease agreement.
