The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion documents ofthe retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificateswith official seals:
1. Business(production) qualification certificate:
Business license, relevant industry license(for business licenses with special national regulatory requirements, such aspublication business license, food business license, drug business license,etc.), qualification certificate, and registration time of business license foreach bid section shall not be later than March 31, 2021 (inclusive). Theregistered capital of each bid section's business license is required to reach1 million yuan or more.
2. Proofofinterest:
Thetrademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate or brandsupport letter of the brand, if directly authorized by the non brand party,must provide multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party,forming a complete closed-loop of the brand authorization chain; If the abovematerials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also beprovided.
Thosewho hold exclusive brand or regional franchise rights should also providecorresponding legal protection or authorization documents.
Ifyou apply for an international brand, in addition to the legal trademarkregistration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao andTaiwan), you must also provide the trademark registration certificate of an internationalbrand legally registered outside Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macaoand Taiwan). If an international brand is a trademark registered among membercountries of the Madrid League (Madrid trademark), you do not need to providethe trademark registration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding HongKong, Macao and Taiwan).
3.Respondentsubmitstheshop opening experience certification materials provided by eachbidsection:
3.1. The proofmaterials of the number of stores provided by the respondent for each bidsection must be contracts that clearly indicate the bidding brand and are validfor 60 natural days after the deadline for submitting the response documents(contracts include leasing contracts, supply and sales contracts, distributioncontracts, and other business contracts)
3.2. The number ofrespondents to Lot 4 should have a total of 5 or more stores in urban areas orairports across the country; The remaining bid sections should have at leastone (including) brand opening in urban areas or airports across the country.
3.3. If therespondent fails to submit according to the general principles of thesubmission instructions and the requirements of each classification of thesubmission instructions, the respondent's submission shall be deemed invalid.
As of March 31,2023 (inclusive), there are no illegal records, trademark infringement, falseadvertising and unfair competition in business activities within three years;The bank has a good reputation and no record of non-performing loans; There isa good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with thelaw, and there is no negative record of violating national regulations anddamaging the rights and interests of employees.
Note: Within threeyears as of March 31, 2023 (inclusive), if a merchant has signed a contractwith Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd. Harbin Branch, their investmentmust also meet the following requirements: ① The business behavior during thesigning period meets the management and evaluation requirements of themerchant; ② No negative impact on the reputation of Harbin Airport due to thebusiness behavior; ③ No serious violation of the lease contract.
