Relevant qualification materials must be taken when purchasing investment promotion documents

1. 1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, relevant industry license or qualification certificate. (the registration time of the business license shall not be later than January 1, 2019, and the registered capital shall be more than 1 million yuan. If the business license has three certificates in one, it is not necessary to provide the organization code certificate and tax registration certificate).

1. Proof of rights and interests: the certificate of trademark registration or the certificate of trademark authorization and the certificate of brand authorization shall be provided. For those who hold the exclusive right of brand operation or regional operation, the corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents shall be provided (if not directly authorized by the brand party, the multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided).

1. Submit the letter of commitment of same quality and same price in the same city and letter of credit commitment (see the annex for details).

1. The respondent of bid section 1 shall be the brand side (including the subsidiary company of the brand side and the affiliated company of the brand side) of the responding brand, and shall provide the certification materials that the responding brand has more than 2 stores (including) in the first tier cities (including new first tier cities), municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capitals and cities under separate planning within the territory of China, and the responding brand shall be a time-honored brand in China;

The respondents of bid sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 shall provide the certification materials of more than 5 stores of the responding brands in the first tier cities (including new first tier cities), municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capitals and cities under separate planning in China;
The respondent of bid section 7 shall be the brand party responding to the brand (including the subsidiary company of the brand party and the affiliated company of the brand party), and shall provide the certification materials for the total number of stores of the brand in the first tier cities (including the new first tier cities) in China;
