Please consult the investment promotion telephonebefore purchasing, and provide the following copies of qualificationcertificate with officialseal according to the way designated by the investmentpromotion persons.
1.Enterprise operation (production) qualification certificate: business license,relevant industry license, and qualification certificate.
2.Proof of rights and interests: The trademark registration certificate, brandauthorization certificate, or brand support letter of the brand. If notdirectly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documentstraceable to the brand party must be provided; If the above materials are in aforeign language, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
3.The proof of store opening experience provided by the respondent for each bidsection must be a contract signed by the bidding brand (or a letter ofacceptance) or a photo of the bidding brand's store (with detailed addressattached).
The specific requirements for the registration time, registered capital,and opening experience of each category of business license are as follows:
