Merchants who wish to purchase the investment documents for this retail store must provide the following copies of qualification certificates stamped with official seals:
1、 Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license, relevant industry license (for business licenses with special national regulatory requirements, such as publication business license, food business license, drug business license, etc.), qualification certificate. The registration time for each bid section's business license shall not be later than August 31, 2021 (inclusive). The registered capital requirement for each bid section's business license is at least RMB 1 million (inclusive).
2、 Proof of Equity:
The trademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand, if directly authorized by the non brand party, must provide multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party, forming a complete closed-loop of the brand authorization chain; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
Those who hold exclusive brand or regional franchise rights should also provide corresponding legal protection or authorization documents.
If you apply for an international brand, in addition to the legal trademark registration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), you must also provide the trademark registration certificate of an international brand legally registered outside Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). If an international brand is a trademark registered among member countries of the Madrid League (Madrid trademark), you do not need to provide the trademark registration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

3、 The respondent submitted proof of store opening experience for each bid section:
1. The proof materials of the number of stores provided by the respondent for each bid section must be contracts that clearly indicate the bidding brand and are valid for 60 natural days after the deadline for submitting the response documents (contracts include leasing contracts, supply and sales contracts, distribution contracts, and other business contracts)
2. Each bid section should have at least one (including) total number of stores in urban areas or airports across the country.
3. If the respondent fails to submit according to the general principles of the submission instructions and the requirements of each classification of the submission instructions, the respondent's submission shall be deemed invalid.
As of August 31, 2023 (inclusive), there have been no illegal records, trademark infringement, false advertising, or unfair competition in business activities within three years; The bank has a good reputation and no record of non-performing loans; There is a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, and there is no negative record of violating national regulations and damaging the rights and interests of employees.
Note: Within three years as of August 31, 2023 (inclusive), if a merchant has signed a contract with Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd. Harbin Branch, their investment must also meet the following requirements: ① The business behavior during the signing period meets the management and evaluation requirements of the merchant; ② No negative impact on the reputation of Harbin Airport due to the business behavior; ③ No serious violation of the lease contract.
