The sales period of the investment documents is from March 21, 2024 to April 7, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m; From 13:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon, please consult the investment hotline before making a purchase and provide a copy of the qualification certificate with the official seal as specified by the investment representative.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license, relevant industry license, and qualification certificate.
2. Proof of equity: The trademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate, or brand support letter of the brand. If it is not directly authorized by the brand party, a multi-level authorization document traceable to the brand party must be provided; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
3. The proof of store opening experience provided by the respondent for each bid section must be in the form of a contract signed by the bidding brand (or a winning notice) or a store photo with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand.
