1. Business license (registration time no later than January 1, 2018, with a registered capital of more than 500000 yuan), relevant industry license (business license with special national regulatory requirements, such as publication business license, food business license, drug business license, tobacco monopoly retail license, etc.), and qualification certificate.

Proof of rights and interests: the identity certificate of the legal representative, the power of attorney signed and sealed by the legal representative, the trademark registration certificate of the brand, the certificate of brand authorization or the letter of brand support; for those who hold the exclusive right of brand operation or regional operation, the corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents shall be provided together (if not directly authorized by the brand party, the multi level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided; if the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation shall also be provided).

- 3. Each category needs to provide the store opening experience of the responding brands (responders) in the national urban areas or airports, and the total number of stores is more than 2 (inclusive).
