The enterprises which want to purchase the investment promotion documents must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seal:

1. Business license (registered before July 1, 2019, with a registered capital of more than 2 million yuan), organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (if the three certificates are in one, only business license is required), relevant industry license and qualification certificate. |
2. Identity certificate of the legal representative, power of attorney signed and sealed by the legal representative, trademark registration certificate or trademark authorization certificate, brand authorization (Agency) certificate, brand supporting documents, copy of patent registration certificate (the copy of the license shall be sealed), etc; Those who hold the exclusive right of brand or regional operation shall provide the corresponding brand supporting documents, legal protection documents or authorization documents (if not directly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided). |
3. Submit the letter of commitment of same quality and same price in the same city and the letter of credit commitment (see Annex 1 and Annex 2 for details). |
