The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion document of the retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:
1. Business license (registration time is not later than August 1, 2017, and registered capital is more than 500000 yuan (inclusive)), 0rganization code certificate, tax registration certificate (if the three certificates are in one, it is not necessary to provide organization code certificate and tax registration certificate), relevant industry license (for the business license with special regulatory requirements of the state, such as publication business license, food business license, drug business license, tobacco monopoly retail license, etc.), and qualification certificate. |
2. Proof of rights and interests: the identity certificate of the legal representative, the power of attorney signed and sealed by the legal representative, the trademark registration certificate of the brand, the certificate of brand authorization or the letter of brand support; for those who hold the exclusive right of brand operation or regional operation, the corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents shall be provided together (if not directly authorized by the brand party, multi level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided); if the above materials are in foreign languages, Chinese translation shall also be provided). |
3.The relevant documents for the responding brand to have store opening experience in the airports or the urban areas of the third tier cities (including one unmanned store and VR experience store, and two or more stores for other categories). |
