The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion documents ofthe retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificateswith official seals:
1. Business(production) qualification certificate:
Business license, relevant industry license(forbusiness licenses with special national regulatory requirements, such as publicationbusiness license, food business license, drug business license, etc.),qualification certificate, and registration time of businesslicense foreach bidsection shall not be later than April 30, 2021 (inclusive).Theregisteredcapital of each bid section's business license is required toreach1 millionyuan or more.
2.Proof of interest:
The trademark registration certificate, brandauthorizationcertificate or brand support letter of the brand, if directlyauthorized by thenon brand party, must provide multi-level authorizationdocuments traceable tothe brand party, forming a complete closed-loop of thebrand authorizationchain; If the above materials are in foreign languages, aChinese translationmust also be provided.
Those who hold exclusive brand or regional franchiserightsshould also provide corresponding legal protection or authorizationdocuments.
Ifyou apply for an international brand, in addition to thelegaltrademarkregistration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding HongKong,Macao andTaiwan), you must also provide the trademark registrationcertificateof an internationalbrand legally registered outside Chinese Mainland(excludingHong Kong, Macaoand Taiwan). If an international brand is atrademarkregistered among membercountries of the Madrid League (Madridtrademark), youdo not need to providethe trademark registration certificate ofChineseMainland (excluding HongKong, Macao and Taiwan).
3.Respondentsubmitstheshopopeningexperience certification materials provided by each bid section:
3.1.Theproof materials of the number of stores provided by the respondent for eachbidsection must be contracts that clearly indicate the bidding brand and arevalidfor 60 natural days after the deadline for submitting theresponsedocuments(contracts include leasing contracts, supply and salescontracts,distribution contracts, and other business contracts)
3.2. The number of respondents to Lot 4 should have a total of5or more stores in urban areas or airports across the country; The remainingbidsections should have at least one (including) brand opening in urban areasorairports across the country.
3.3. If there spondent fails to submit according to thegeneralprinciples of the submission instructions and the requirements ofeachclassification of the submission instructions, the respondent'ssubmissionshall be deemed invalid.
As of April 30,2023 (inclusive), there are no illegalrecords,trademark infringement, false advertising and unfair competition inbusinessactivities within three years; The bank has a good reputation and norecord ofnon-performing loans; There is a good record of paying taxes and socialsecurityfunds in accordance with the law, and there is no negative record ofviolatingnational regulations and damaging the rights and interests ofemployees.
Note: Within three years as of April 30, 2023 (inclusive), ifamerchant has signed a contract with Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co.,Ltd.Harbin Branch, their investment must also meet the followingrequirements: ① The business behavior during the signingperiod meets themanagement and evaluation requirements of the merchant; ② No negative impact on the reputation of Harbin Airport due to thebusinessbehavior; ③ No serious violation of the leasecontract.
