We sincerely invite interested merchants to purchase the investment promotion documents and actively participate in the investment promotion of this project. The price of each investment promotion document is RMB 1000.
The sales time of the investment promotion documents is from Aug 16, 2021 to Sep 15, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. (except holidays and not for sale after the deadline). Please consult the investment promotion telephone before purchasing, and provide the following copies of qualification certificate with official seal according to the way designated by the investment promotion persons.
1. Business (production) qualification certificate: business license, relevant industry license and qualification certificate.
2. Proof of rights and interests: trademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand. In case of direct authorization from the non brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided; if the above materials are in foreign languages, Chinese translation shall also be provided.
3. The store opening experience proof materials provided by the respondent in each bid section shall be the contract signed by the bidding brand (or the letter of acceptance) or the store photo with detailed address of the bidding brand.
The specific requirements for registration time, registered capital and store opening experience of each category of business license are as follows:
