1. Business license (registered before July 1, 2020 with a registered capital of 2 million yuan<or above), organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (if the three certificates are in one, only the business license is required), relevant industry license and qualification certificate. |
2. The identity certificate of the legal representative, the power of attorney signed by the legal representative and affixed with the official seal, the trademark registration certificate or the certificate of trademark authorization, the certificate of brand authorization (agency), the supporting documents of the brand, the copies of the patent registration certificate (the copies of the certificates and licenses need to be affixed with the official seal) and other materials; For those who hold brand exclusive operation right or regional exclusive operation right, corresponding brand supporting documents, legal protection documents or authorization documents shall be provided (if the non brand party directly authorizes, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided). |
3. Submit the Letter of Commitment on the Same Quality and Same Price of Goods in the Same City and the Letter of Credit Commitment (see Annex 1 and Annex 2 for details). |
