Some retail resource projects of Tianjin Binhai International Airport are now open to the public. The investment promotion retail store is located in terminal 2 of Tianjin Binhai International Airport, with a total area of 100 square meters. There is a total of one store (divided into one bid section). The project is related to Tianjin intangible cultural heritag. See the table below for details:

The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion documents of the retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:

1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, relevant industry license or qualification certificate. (the registration time of the business license shall not be later than March 31, 2018 (inclusive), and the registered capital of the respondent shall be more than 500000 yuan (inclusive); If the business license has been three certificates in one, it is not necessary to provide organization code certificate and tax registration certificate). |
2. Proof of rights and interests: the certificate of trademark registration or the certificate of trademark authorization and the certificate of brand authorization shall be provided; for those who hold the exclusive right of brand operation or regional operation, the corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents shall also be provided (if not directly authorized by the brand party, the multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided). The merchant shall provide relevant certification documents of intangible cultural heritage identification at or above the municipal level in Tianjin, and two relevant brand authorization letters (relevant certification documents refer to intangible cultural heritage certificates). |
3. Submit the letter of commitment of same quality and same price in the same city (see Annex 1 for details). |
4. The respondent shall provide the relevant supporting documents for the number of two or more stores of the two responding brands in Tianjin. (the relevant supporting documents refer to the copy of the contract or the letter of acceptance) |
