The selling time ofinvestment promotion documents is 9:00 -11:30 a.m. and 13:30-15:30 p.m. from Sep3, 2021 to Sep18, 2021. (except holidays and not for sale after the deadline).Please consult the investment promotion telephone number before purchasing, andprovide the following copies of the qualification certificate with officialseal according to the way designated by the franchiser.
1. Business(production) qualification certificate: business license (registration time ofbusiness license shall not be later than June 30, 2019, (inclusive), andregistered capital is more than 1 million yuan(inclusive)), relevant industrylicense and qualification certificate.
2. Proof of rightsand interests:the identity certificate of the legal representative, the powerof attorney signed and sealed by the legal representative, trademarkregistration certificate, brand authorization certificate or brand supportletter. Those who hold the exclusive right and the regional operation of brandshall provide corresponding legal protection documents or authorizationdocuments (If they are not directly authorized by the brand party, multi-levelauthorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided. If theabove materials are in foreign languages, Chinese translation shall also beprovided).
3. Store openingexperience requirements:
Bid section 1,3,4: The total number of equipment placed in urbanareas or airports in China by the responding brand is more than 3 (inclusive).
Bid section 2: The total number of equipment placed in urbanareas or airports in China by the responding brand is more than 1 (inclusive).
The proof materialsof store opening experience are: the contract signed by the bidding brand (orthe letter of acceptance) or the store photo with detailed address of thebidding brand.
