The merchants who want to purchase the investment invitation documents of the retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:

1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, relevant industry license or qualification certificate. (the registration time of the business license shall not be later than July 31, 2017(inclusive), and the registered capital shall be more than 500000 yuan(inclusive). If the business license has three certificates in one, it is not necessary to provide the organization code certificate and tax registration certificate).

2. Proof of rights and interests: the identity certificate of the legal representative, the power of attorney signed and sealed by the legal representative, the certificate of trademark registration or the certificate of trademark authorization, the certificate of brand authorization (Agency), the letter of brand support and the copy of patent registration certificate (the copy of the certificate shall be sealed); those who hold the exclusive right of brand or regional operation shall provide corresponding brand support documents, legal protection documents or authorization documents (if not directly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided; if the above materials are in foreign languages, Chinese translation shall also be provided).

3. If the respondent is an international brand, in addition to providing a legal trademark registration certificate in Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), it must also provide a legally registered international brand trademark registration certificate outside Mainland China  (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). If the international brand is a trademark (Madrid trademark) registered between the member states of the Madrid Union, there is no need to provide a trademark registration certificate in Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

4. The respondent has business experience in the same category, and the number of stores is no less than three (the contract or letter of acceptance for operating stores could be provided)
