The sales time of the investment documents is from September 1, 2023 to September 11, 2023, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am; From 13:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon, please consult the investment hotline before purchasing and provide a copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal according to the designated method of the investor.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license, relevant industry license, and qualification certificate.
2. Proof of Rights and Interests: The trademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate, or brand support letter of the brand. If not directly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party must be provided; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
3. The proof of store opening experience provided by the respondent for each bid section must be in the form of a contract signed by the bidding brand (or a bid winning notice) or a store photo with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand.
