Source: CARNOC.com/(ACT/Huang Diandian) On October 17, at the 2015 National Commercial Quality Conference sponsored by the China General Chamber of Commerce (“CGCC”), Beijing Capital Airport Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. (“ACT”) was awarded with the titles of “2015 National Advanced Enterprise of Business Quality and Profitability” and “2014 Trustworthy Enterprise Under the National Business March 15 Good Faith Declaration”.

At the conference, as a representative of National Advanced Enterprises of Business Quality and Profitability, ACT introduced its experience. Mr. Zhou Li, vice general manager of ACT, shared the company’s management achievements and quality improvement experience with the audience from strategic orientation, process management, brand development, market expansion and care for employees, and analyzed, together with other attendants, the current market environment, challenges and future development opportunities of the retail sector.

As a vice chairman entity, ACT has been actively responding to the CGCC’s efforts of “advocating excellence performance models, and promoting advanced experience of quality management”. Since 2009 when the excellence performance management model was introduced into the company, ACT has devoted itself to studying and diligently working in such respects as operation and process management, customer vs. market, improvement and innovation and social responsibility, and made profound achievements in terms of quality management and continuous improvement. Besides, by ameliorating quality benefits, ACT has also helped better operation and service quality. Over the years, ACT has been upholding the quality management philosophy of “boosting improvements with profits and developing based on quality”, closely linking product quality to customer experience and brand reputation, offering top quality products and most professional services, and winning an increasing number of passengers’ trust and satisfaction. This April, by going through a series of appraisal procedures, including submitting application materials, receiving the preliminary appraisal made by the municipal association and the final appraisal made by the committee, and being announced for public review, ACT and 20 other enterprises around China were awarded the title of “National Advanced Enterprise of Business Quality and Profitability”. 

According to sources, this is the third year in a row that ACT received this honorary title, a timely encouragement to ACT, which is in a continuous transformation. Furthermore, receiving the title of “2014 Trustworthy Enterprise Under the National Business March 15 Good Faith Declaration” further interpreted ACT’s core value of “integrity, efficiency, knowledge, practice, harmony and win win”, and determination of taking the initiative to serve as a model in the sector. 

Going forward, ACT will keep deepening its excellence performance management model, comprehensively improve its management efficacy and operating performance, make improving quality benefits serve as the cornerstone for the company to take off, create more value for passengers,employees, partners and society, and make unremitting endeavors to become an expert in operating and managing airport business sections.
