Notice of the 2016 Promotion Program (Phase III) for Leasing Part of the Commercial and Retail Properties of Nanchang Changbei International Airport

Beijing Capital Airport Commercial & Trading Co., Ltd. (“ACT”) and Jiangxi Airport Group Co., Ltd. hereby publicly offer to lease part of the commercial properties in Terminal 2 of Nanchang Changbei International Airport. The properties under the program cover an area of 254.2 square meters in total and are dedicated to the following product categories: apparel, accessories, leather products, suitcases & bags, jewelry, perfumes & cosmetics, outdoor recreation, sports goods, electronic products, and foods under renowned brands.
We sincerely invite interested parties that meet the requirements of this bid to participate in it, buy the lease promotion document, and actively participate in the program. The detailed arrangements for the sale of the lease promotion document are as below:

The enterprises that desire to buy the lease promotion document shall provide the photocopies of the following certificates affixed with their official seals:
The related certificates to be presented when the lease promotion document is bought: |
1. Business License (registered before November 1, 2014 with a registered capital of no less than RMB 500,000) |
2. Organization Code Certificate |
3. Tax Registration Certificates and General Taxpayer Certificate |
4. Trademark Registration Certificate, proof showing that the use of the trademark(s) is duly authorized or that the bidder is authorized to use the brand(s) (as an agent). If the bidder is not directly authorized by the brand owner, multiple-level authorization documents, which allow us to trace back to the brand owner, shall be provided. |
