1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, relevant industry license or qualification certificate（ The registration time of the business license shall not be later than June 1, 2019 (including), and the registered capital shall be more than 1 million yuan (including). If the business license has three certificates in one, it is not necessary to provide the organization code certificate or tax registration certificate).

2. 4. If respondents submit the bid section 1 clothing and apparel and the bid section 2 craft gifts, medicines and health products, the responding brand has opened more than 5 (inclusive) stores in first-tier cities (including new first-tier cities), provincial capital cities, and cities specifically designated in the state plan.
The respondent submits that the food in the section 2 is food other than local specialties. Food response brands have opened more than 5 (including) well-known shopping malls in first-tier cities (including new first-tier cities), provincial capital cities, and cities specifically designated in the state plan in China. An example of a well-known shopping mall is Joy City.
The proof of shop opening experience is the contract signed by the submitted brand (also can be the bid-winning notice) or the photo of the shop with detailed address of the submitted brand;
