The sale time of the investment documents is from December 11, 2023 (Monday) to December 15, 2023 (Friday), from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM; From 14:00 to 16:30 in the afternoon (excluding holidays and not sold on time), please consult the investment hotline before purchasing and provide a copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal as specified by the investment representative.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license, relevant industry license, qualification certificate (if any).
2. Proof of equity: The trademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate, or brand support letter of the brand. If it is not directly authorized by the brand party, a multi-level authorization document traceable to the brand party must be provided; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
3. The proof of store opening experience provided by the respondent for each bid section must be a contract signed by the bidding brand (or a winning notice) or a photo of the bidding brand's storefront (with detailed address attached).
