Part of the retail resources inside the terminal of Beijing Daxing International Airport are now open to the public for investment. This investment in retail resources is located at two locations outside the security checkpoint of Daxing Airport, with a total area of 118 square meters. The planned category is convenience stores, with a total of one section, as shown in the table below.

The sale time of the investment documents is from March 28, 2024 to April 12, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m; From 13:30 to 16:30 in the afternoon, please consult the investment hotline before making a purchase and provide a copy of the qualification certificate with the official seal as specified by the investment representative.
1. Qualification certificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license, relevant industry license, and qualification certificate.
2. Proof of equity: The trademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate, or brand support letter of the brand. If it is not directly authorized by the brand party, a multi-level authorization document traceable to the brand party must be provided; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
3. The proof of store opening experience provided by the respondent for each bid section must be in the form of a contract signed by the bidding brand (or a winning notice) or a store photo with a detailed address attached to the bidding brand.
4. The specific requirements for the registration time, registered capital, and store opening experience of the bid section business license are:
