1.Enterprise operation(production) qualification certificate: Business license(the registration timeof the business license shall not be later than February28, 2021), with aregistered capital of more than 1 million yuan (inclusive),relevant industrylicenses (for business licenses with special national regulatory requirements,such as publishing business licenses, food business licenses, drug businesslicenses, tobacco monopoly retail licenses, etc.), and qualificationcertificates.
2.Proof of interest: Identitycertificate of the legal representative or power ofattorney signed and stampedby the legal representative; Trademark registrationcertificate and brandauthorization certificate or brand support letter of thebrand; Those who holdthe brand exclusive right or regional exclusive rightshall providecorresponding legal protection documents or authorizationdocuments (if notdirectly authorized by the brand party, multi-levelauthorization documentstraceable to the brand party must be provided; if theabove materials are inforeign languages, a Chinese translation must also beprovided).
3. Requirements for store opening experience: In the first bid section,the total number of brands opening stores at the national urban level or ateach airport should be at least 1 (including); There are a total of 5 or moreresponding brands in the second section of the national urban level or atvarious airports.
4.Proof of store openingexperience: a contract signed by the bidding brand (alsoknown as the Letter ofAcceptance) or a store photo with a detailed addressattached to the biddingbrand.
