1. Qualificationcertificate for enterprise operation (production): Business license (registeredno later than June 30, 2021<included>) with a registered capital of 1million yuan or more (included>), relevant industry licenses (for businesslicenses with special regulatory requirements of the state, such as publishingbusiness licenses, food business licenses, drug business licenses, tobaccomonopoly retail licenses, etc.), and qualification certificates.
2. Proof of equity:Proof of identity of the legal representative or power of attorney signed andstamped by the legal representative; The trademark registration certificate andbrand authorization certificate or brand support letter of the brand; Holders ofbrand exclusive or regional exclusive rights should also provide correspondinglegal protection or authorization documents (if not directly authorized by thebrand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand partymust be provided; if the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinesetranslation must also be provided).
3. Requirements forstore opening experience: Respond to the total number of brands opening storesin urban areas or airports across the country, including 1 or more.
4. Proof of storeopening experience: A contract signed by the bidding brand (also known as a bidwinning notice) or a store photo with a detailed address attached to thebidding brand.
