The investment promotion retail store is located in terminal 2 ofTianjin Binhai International Airport, with a total area of 167 square meters.There are 2 stores (divided into two sections) and the project isUnlimitedcategories (specialty, convenience, books and periodicals excluded). The merchant who wants topurchase the investment promotion documents of the retail stores must providethe following copies of the qualification certificates with official seal:

1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, relevant industry license or qualification certificate（ The registration time of the business license shall not be later than Sept 1, 2020 (including), and the registered capital shall be more than 1 million yuan (including). If the business license has three certificates in one, it is not necessary to provide the organization code certificate or tax registration certificate). |
2. Proof of rights and interests: certificate of trademark registration, certificate of trademark authorization and certificate of brand authorization shall be provided; Those who hold the exclusive right of brand or regional operation shall provide corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents (If they are not directly authorized by the brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided). |
3. Submit the letter of commitment of same quality and same price in the same city and the letter of credit commitment (see Annex for details). |
4. The food for bid section I and II is other food except local specialties. Respondents of bid section I and bid section II shall provide more than 3 (including) certificates proving that the brands have opened stores in China's first tier cities (including new first tier cities), provincial capital cities and cities specifically designated in the state plan. The proof materials of store opening experience are: the contract signed by the bidding brand (or the letter of acceptance) or the store photo with detailed address attached to the bidding brand. |
