The investment promotion retail store is located in terminal 2 of Tianjin Binhai International Airport, with a total area of 460 square meters. The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion documents of the retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:
Relevant qualification materials must be taken when purchasing investment promotion documents |
1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, relevant industry license or qualification certificate. (the registration time of business license shall not be later than September 30, 2017 (inclusive), and the registered capital of respondents for bid section 1 and bid section 2 shall be more than 5 million yuan (inclusive); the registered capital of respondents in bid section 3 and bid section 4 shall be more than 500000 yuan (inclusive). If the business license has been combined with three certificates, the organization code certificate and tax registration certificate are not required). |
2. Proof of rights and interests: the certificate of trademark registration or the certificate of trademark authorization and the certificate of brand authorization shall be provided; for those who hold the exclusive right of brand operation or regional operation, the corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents shall also be provided (if not directly authorized by the brand party, the multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided) |
3. Submit the letter of commitment of same quality and same price in the same city (see Annex 1 for details). |
4. The responders for bid section 1 and bid section 2 shall provide relevant supporting documents for the total number of 10 stores (inclusive) of the responding brands in the municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capital cities and cities under separate planning in China; the responders for bid section 3 and bid section 4 shall provide relevant supporting documents for the total number of 5 stores (inclusive) of the responding brands in the municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capital cities and cities under separate planning in China. (Relevant supporting documents refer to the copy of the contract or the letter of acceptance).
