The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion documents of the retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:
1.Business (production) qualification certificate: business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate (if the three certificates are in one, it is not necessary to provide organization code certificate and tax registration certificate), relevant industry license (for the business license with special regulatory requirements of China, such as publication license, license for selling goods, license for selling food, license for selling drugs, and license for selling tobacco monopoly and retail) and qualification certificate.
2. Proof of rights and interests: the identity certificate of the legal representative, the power of attorney signed and sealed by the legal representative, the trademark registration certificate of the brand, the certificate of brand authorization or the letter of brand support; if the legal representative holds the exclusive right to operate the brand or the exclusive right to operate in the region, corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents shall be provided together (in case of direct authorization from non brand party, multi-level authorization documents traceable to brand party shall be provided; if the above materials are in foreign language, Chinese translation shall also be provided).
3. The proof materials of store opening experience provided by the respondent in each bid section:
The contract signed by the bidding brand (or the bid winning notice) or the shop photo with detailed address attached to the bidding brand.
4. The respondents participating in this investment promotion should have the following conditions:
(1) According to Chinese law, the respondent shall be an enterprise legal person registered in the mainland of the people's Republic of China, and the business license registration time shall not be later than December 31, 2018 (inclusive);
(2) The respondent's registered capital is required to be more than 1 million yuan (inclusive);
(3) As of December 31, 2020 (inclusive), if the company has signed a contract with Jiangxi branch of Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd. within three years, the business behavior during the signing period conforms to the performance evaluation requirements of the merchants, there is no negative impact on the reputation of Nanchang Changbei Airport due to the business behavior, and there is no serious violation of the lease contract;
(4) As of December 31, 2020 (inclusive), there are no illegal records, no trademark infringement, no false advertising or no unfair competition in business activities. The bank reputation is good and there is no bad loan records. There are good records of paying taxes and social security funds according to law. There is no bad records of violating the national regulations and damaging the rights and interests of employees;
(5) If the business owner withdraws the lease in advance due to poor management or other reasons, he / she shall not participate in the bid of the shop.
(6) Store experience requirements:

Bid section 2 and bid section 6: The total number of response brand stores is more than 3 (inclusive);
Bid section 3, bid section 4 and bid section 5: The total number of response brand stores is more than one.
