The tender documents will be available for sale from March 2 to March 6, 2026, with business hours from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Before purchasing, please consult the tender hotline and provide the following notarized copies of qualification certificates as specified by the tendering party.
1. Business Operation (Production) Qualification Certificates: Business License, Industry-Specific Permits, and Qualification Certificates.
2. Proof of Rights: Trademark registration certificate of the brand and brand authorization certificate or brand support letter. If the authorization is not directly issued by the brand owner, multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand owner must be provided. For the above materials in foreign languages, a Chinese translation is also required.
3. The materials submitted by the bidder to prove their experience in opening stores for each section must include contracts signed with the bidding brand (or a notice of award) or photos of the brand's stores with detailed addresses.
The specific requirements for the business license registration date, registered capital, and store operation experience for each bidding section are as follows:
