The merchants who want to purchase the investment promotion documents of the retail stores must provide the following copies of qualification certificates with official seals:

1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, relevant industry license or qualification certificate. (the registration time of the business license shall not be later than December 31, 2017 (inclusive), and the registered capital of the respondent shall be more than 5 million yuan (inclusive); If the business license has been three certificates in one, it is not necessary to provide organization code certificate and tax registration certificate). |
2. Proof of rights and interests: the certificate of trademark registration or the certificate of trademark authorization and the certificate of brand authorization shall be provided; for those who hold the exclusive right of brand operation or regional operation, the corresponding legal protection documents or authorization documents shall also be provided (if not directly authorized by the brand party, the multi-level authorization documents traceable to the brand party shall be provided) |
3. Submit the letter of commitment of same quality and same price in the same city (see Annex 1 for details). |
4. The respondent shall provide relevant supporting documents for the total number of stores (including 10) of the responding brands in the municipalities directly under the central government, provincial capital cities and cities under separate planning in China (the relevant supporting documents refer to the copy of the contract or the letter of acceptance).
