Merchants who wish to purchase the investment documents for this retail store must provide a copy of the qualification certificate stamped with the official seal as follows:
1、 Enterprise operation (production) qualification certificate: Business license, relevant industry license (for business licenses with special regulatory requirements of the country, such as publication business license, food business license, drug business license, etc.), qualification certificate. The registration time for each section of the business license shall not be later than March 31, 2022 (inclusive). The registered capital requirement for each section of the business license is at least RMB 1 million (inclusive).
2、 Proof of Equity:
If applying for a brand, it is necessary to provide the brand's trademark registration certificate, brand authorization certificate, or brand support letter. If the non brand party authorizes directly, it is necessary to provide multi-level authorization documents that can be traced back to the brand party, forming a complete closed loop of the brand authorization chain; If the above materials are in foreign languages, a Chinese translation must also be provided.
Those who hold exclusive brand or regional management rights should provide corresponding legal protection or authorization documents together.
If you apply for an international brand, in addition to the legal trademark registration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), you must also provide the trademark registration certificate of an international brand legally registered outside Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). If an international brand is a trademark registered among member countries of the Madrid League (Madrid trademark), you do not need to provide the trademark registration certificate of Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
3、 No illegal or non compliant proof materials:
As of March 31, 2024 (inclusive), there have been no illegal records, no trademark infringement, no false advertising, and no unfair competition in business activities within three years; The bank has a good reputation and no record of non-performing loans; There is a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law, and no negative record of violating national regulations and damaging the rights and interests of employees.
Note: As of March 31, 2024 (inclusive) within three years, if a merchant has signed a contract with Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd. Harbin Branch, their investment must also meet the following requirements: ① Business behavior during the signing period meets the management and evaluation requirements of the merchant; ② No negative impact on the reputation of Harbin Airport due to business behavior; ③ No serious violation of the lease agreement.
